Plumbing & heating
Boilers, radiators, bathrooms and general plumbing, by a Gas Safe registered team.
About plumbing & heating
Anything involving gas has to be done by a Gas Safe registered engineer. That is not a preference, it is the law, and it is always worth checking with anyone who quotes you.
Ours are, and because they are our own team they turn up as part of the same contract as the kitchen, the bathroom or the extension rather than as a separate firm you have to chase.
Boilers, radiators, underfloor heating, bathroom installations, kitchen plumbing and the ordinary things that go wrong — all the same people.
Common questions
Is your plumbing and heating team Gas Safe registered?
Yes. Any work on gas appliances is done by Gas Safe registered engineers, which is a legal requirement — always worth checking with anyone who quotes you.
Can you extend the heating into a new extension or garage conversion?
Yes, and it should be planned at first fix rather than added afterwards. We size it against the existing system so you don't end up with a cold room at the end of the run.
Do you do underfloor heating?
Yes, wet and electric. It's worth considering in a kitchen, a bathroom or a garage conversion where wall space is tight.
What guarantees do you offer?
All our windows and doors come with a comprehensive 10-year insurance-backed guarantee, so the cover outlasts the invoice. Roofing and building work carries its own guarantee, and ProPERLA coatings come with a 10-year manufacturer's guarantee on top of ours.
