Building services
Extensions, garage conversions, knock-throughs, porches, kitchens, bathrooms and driveways — with our own glazing and electrics on the same job.
What we do
This is where doing everything under one roof actually pays. On an extension you need groundwork, brickwork, steels, a roof, windows, electrics, plastering and making good. Most homeowners end up project-managing five different firms and absorbing the gaps between them.
We do the lot, on one contract, with one person to ring when you've got a question.

One firm, start to finish

Four decades supplying and installing across Merseyside. Fully qualified installers, not subbies picked up for the week.
10-year guarantee
A full insurance-backed guarantee covering every product we install, so the cover outlasts the invoice.

What guarantees do you offer?
All our windows and doors come with a comprehensive 10-year insurance-backed guarantee, so the cover outlasts the invoice. Roofing and building work carries its own guarantee, and ProPERLA coatings come with a 10-year manufacturer's guarantee on top of ours.
Do you handle planning and building control?
Yes. On extensions, garage conversions and structural openings we deal with drawings, structural calculations and building control sign-off as part of the job.
How long does a garage conversion take?
Typically two to three weeks depending on how much is involved — insulation, blockwork to the old door opening, glazing, electrics, plastering and finishing.
Do you do the kitchen and bathroom fitting yourselves?
Yes, including the plumbing and the electrics. Because it's all one firm, the first fix and the fit-out are sequenced together rather than left waiting on someone else's diary.
Will I need planning permission?
Not usually for replacing windows and doors, unless the building is listed or you're in a conservation area. Extensions vary — a lot fall under permitted development, and we'll tell you honestly at the survey which side of the line your job sits on.
While we’re there
Because it's all one firm, these tend to get done on the same visit rather than becoming another job to arrange.
Get a price for your building services.
We'll come out, look at the job properly and give you a written price. No charge, no obligation, and nobody will ring you six times afterwards.
Someone who's actually done the work will answer.
