The job
The works involved a comprehensive restoration of the existing property, including the careful preparation and repair of deteriorated surfaces, treatment of cracks and defective areas, localised masonry and render repairs, and restoration of affected architectural details.
All repaired areas were prepared and finished to blend with the existing property, followed by a full external redecoration to provide a clean, durable and refreshed finish.
On a house of this age the preparation is the job. Anything painted over without being cut out and repaired first comes back through within a couple of winters, which is why the repairs came before a brush went near it.
