Failing guttering is behind more damp than almost anything else we get called to. Water that should be going into a downpipe runs down the wall instead, the brick stays wet, and eventually it shows on the inside.
Replacing tired timber fascias and split gutters is one of the least glamorous jobs on this site and one of the highest-value. It stops the water, it removes the last thing on the house that needs painting, and it takes a day or two.
The price includes the scaffolding and the materials, and the old timber goes away with us.

Do you have to remove the old timber?
We take it off rather than capping over it. Capping over rotten timber hides the problem instead of fixing it, and it is why some cheaper jobs fail early.

White, black, anthracite, grey and woodgrain finishes, matched to the windows if you want them to tie in.
